Senior Client Relationship Manager /Accounts Manager (IT Staffing)
- Responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships.
- You will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.
- You should also be strategic and analytical in finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a systematic process for Client outreach and relationship management.
- Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted Clients
- Work with other teams internal to the organisation to ensure that Alliance and Partnership/ client goals are synchronised with organisational goals.
- Encourage and supervise any collaborations with partner/client brands.
- Negotiate deals with Clients that benefit the company
- Work in liaison with the sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.
- Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.
- Comfortable with handling basic technical issues and concepts.
- Maintaining the data - Account flow on daily report (Account of sales relationship with clients )
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Conduct business reviews using CRM programmes.
- Know your competition and strategies accordingly.
Qualification And Experience:
1. 10+ Years of Solid experience with a customer contact / customer delivery environment in a ITES/IT Industry.
2. Superior customer/member service ethic
3. Superior interpersonal skills; excellent written & oral communication skills
4. Strong experience of working and managing to KPI targets/SLAs; working to milestones and deadlines, reporting progress & dealing with change requests
5. Superior product knowledge.
6. A team player with leadership skills.
7. Maintain a positive attitude focussed on customer satisfaction.
8. Good operational knowledge of MS-Excel (Graphs, pivot, charts etc.)
9. Ability to perform in stressful & volatile situations
10. Excellent communication and analytical Skills
