Senior Client Relationship Manager (Only Female Candidates)
Job and Role Description:
As Lead for Client Visit Experience for Client Digital, you will be -
Responsible for overall management and execution of high profile and C-Level client interactions when existing and potential clients visit Client offices by establishing the process, providing on the ground leadership along with necessary participation, and operational leadership.
You will:
- Champion initiatives to make every client interaction an impactful one
- Establish relationships with Industry, Technology and Operations teams and make sure that Client is seen as a single integrated team by clients
- Understand client context and with knowledge of Client assets and showcases customize the storyline for the visit
- Assign roles and manage a team of visit coordinators
- Share periodic reporting and feedback on progress to management, including what's working or not, establish the right metrics to track and follow-on activities to close the loop post the visit
The right candidate will be, among other skills:
- Highly energetic, motivated and a self-starter
- Good in presenting and articulating a story, including customizing it real-time if needed
- An effective storyteller with outstanding communication and inter-personal skills
