- Experience in BFSI or RCM is mandatory
- Profitably grow revenue in a strategic client.
- Develop and deliver a business plan which targets growth areas within the client.
- Co-create innovative customer value propositions with the service lines.
- Develop active pipeline through software and innovation partners in the client.
- Build and maintain an active network in the client at Director level and above.
- Work with Delivery team to ensure that on-selling and cross-selling are maximized within the client.
- Point of escalation for commercial issues.
- Ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved and improved over time.
- Experience in selling in-market, offshored and outsourced IT services
- Experience building strategic multi-year relationships
- Ability to build brand awareness within client's prospect community
- Collaborative Spirit:
- Well-developed network of contacts at a CxO / Director / VP level within the industry
