Context & Role:
The position is responsible for building and facilitating development of people aligned to achieving the strategic business goals of the Company by strengthening the core organization capability - its people. He/ she primarily works in all areas related to Leadership & Management Development and OD interventions 'partnering' for success with key stakeholders aiming at maximizing returns to all.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement a Leadership Development framework that facilitates the development of leadership capabilities for the company in line with future business plans through implementation of benchmarked initiatives and structured processes.
2. Design a staff training architecture and deliver developmental initiatives through a judicious mix of in-house and external interventions for organization as well as the Management Team.
3. Build the future leadership capabilities for the company that support business plans and goals through implementation of benchmarked initiatives and structured processes that align into company's Global practices and initiatives including specific interventions, such as leadership development plan, leadership profiling and senior management development interventions and Group management development programs.
4. Work on the strategic implementation of Company's Vision & Values, which results in business, functional and people alignment. This implies a direct liaising with functions and would necessarily involve the entire Organization.
5. Anchor all other OD interventions as may be required from time to time, in line with business needs (e.g. Leadership Profiling, Executive Coaching etc.)
Desired qualifications and experience :
1. MBA - HR, with around 8 to 10 years of experience. Experience in an MNC insurance firm will be desirable.
2. Foundation in organization behavior/ psychology would be an advantage.
Knowledge and skills required :
1. Experience in administrating Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
2. Skills in strategizing, planning and delivering alternate approaches aimed at enhancing business results in a demanding environment.
3.Strong influencing and presentation skills and maturity to operate at a senior level.
4. Good knowledge of current HR practices & systems.
5. An open and honest style of communication which gains the respect of peers/ seniors.
6. Strong result orientation, good interpersonal skills and high level of team building capabilities.
7. Ability to work on online communication tools like Canva, etc.
8. Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
