Job Description :
- Oversee the HR PMO focusing on HR projects, talent management, HR dashboard, analytics.
Client Details:
Client is a leading life insurer in India.
Description:
- Talent Management (30%): Partner with Business teams to draw individual development plan, check in mechanism and build rhythms around these programs.Act as Program Manager for development journey, being executed through external partners. Incumbent will be evaluated on a) Quality of action plan b) Rhythm around check in between HR and Manager b) Alignment between Development objectives
- Projects (40%): Plan, design and implement programs across HR like a) Employee Experience/ Engagement b) HR Technology c) Employee Retention d) ESG e) PMS etc
- Creating HR Dashboards (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly): there is an centralised HR MIS SPOC, this role needs to pick up those details and create dashboards with key highlights, identify action points and take them to closure through direct intervention/ collaborate with HR BP's. Should be able to present dashboards to business teams and other stakeholders and build rhythms around these practices.(20%)
- Market Benchmarking: we have the market reports available, incumbent need to analyse and create summary and insights between Mkt and create insights.(10%)
Profile:
- Experience in HR strategy
- Should have some experience in consulting, Talent Management
- Experience with HR MIS Dashboards is almost a must
- Post qualification 6-10 years of experience
