Responsibilities
- Driving marketplace growth of service categories such as machinery rentals, installation & repair, construction and interiors, software, financial and HR services keeping in mind the consumer and competition. The category manager will be responsible for the delivery of its sellers impacting revenue, gross margins, and renewals
- Understand and track the market and local competition across the category. Be a resourceful, go-getting multitasker, supporting the city and central teams to make strategic decisions with a competition lens
- Interface with other functional areas within the company (Business Development, Internal and external stakeholders, frontend and backend technology team, etc.) to ensure efficient and productive working relationships. Work with external experts to identify future growth opportunities and improvement areas.
- Communicate category strategy, objectives and performance targets with leadership and ensure overall alignment. Develop collaborative relationships with the product team, internal and external stakeholders and customers.
- Work with the leadership team to set strategic priorities, align regional and company vision, and share best practices. Delve deep into ongoing operations and find long-term structural solutions to problems
- SEO and organic user acquisition
- Tell the Product and Profitability Story - Land local product and category stories with partners including pitch decks and readiness meetings so they are leading sale in aligned to companies priorities.

Work Experience -
- Min. 2 years in Services Sector
- Total 4 - 10 years of experience

- Have relevant industry experience

- Expertise in Business analytics tools & statistical programming languages - SQL, NoSQL tools, R, SAS, SPSS, Tableau will be a plus
