Senior Cards Portfolio Manager - Contractual

Our client, a leading global payments firm, is looking for an experienced Senior Cards Portfolio Manager to lead a strategic initiative focused on enhancing their card portfolio's performance.

The role is an integral to building and managing a lifecycle management program aimed at increasing card activity, spend per active card, and reducing inactivation and attrition rates.

This is a contractual role with an initial duration of 12 months. This is an onsite role based site in Dubai, UAE.

Your Background

- 12+ years in cards portfolio management or a related field, with a proven record of driving growth and achieving performance targets

- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a diverse team

- In-depth understanding of the cards market, industry trends, and UAE regulatory requirements

- Experience in developing and launching new card products, including credit, debit, and prepaid cards and making product enhancements

- Proficiency in data analysis and portfolio management tools, including Excel and Tableau

- Strong knowledge of financial metrics and performance indicators, such as Net Interest Margin (NIM), Fee Income, Charge-off Rates, Delinquency Rates, Average Spend per Card, Activation Rates, and Customer Retention Rates

- Proficiency in English is essential
