Opportunity Overview
Our client is a leading Global payments firm and their end client is a prominent bank based in Riyadh, KSA. They are seeking experienced talent to bolster their card business support. The chosen contractor will play an instrumental role in acquisition, portfolio management, and product development. This initiative is part of the banks drive to enhance its card business by leveraging key insights, strategic campaign designs, and new product launches. The project's success will be assessed based on specific KPIs including the number of new card acquisitions, uplift in spend from the existing portfolio, and the timely launch of new products.

Job location: Riyadh, KSA.
What You Will Be DoingAcquisition:- Identifying opportunities focusing on cross-selling.
- Designing campaigns that align with the bank's capabilities and priorities.
- Building business cases to gain internal consensus and approvals.
- Coordinating campaign execution and addressing arising issues.
Portfolio:- Assessing the current portfolio to spot areas of improvement, particularly in activation, spend, and authorization.
- Recommending actions which are then translated into campaigns and enhancement projects.
- Collaborating with the end client and the payment firm's analytics teams to review campaign outcomes.
Product:- Collaborating with the bank and payment teams to conceptualize new products and refine the customer value proposition (CVP).
- Assisting in building a business case for new products and securing necessary approvals.
- Overseeing the launch of new products by coordinating with all stakeholders.
- Reporting on progress and addressing any challenges that arise.
Your Background- A minimum of 8-15 years of experience is required.
- Experience in the full life cycle of product launches is essential, including: Product feature design
- Segment needs assessment
- Exploration of partnerships
- Coordination with internal stakeholders such as IT, contracting, and marketing
- Execution of Go-To-Market strategies for product launches.
- It's crucial that the individual is independent, proactive, and possesses a blend of analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, especially in managing end-to-end card product launches or revamp projects.
