Talent Fishers Group is hiring for Senior Campaign Manager for one of its leading Chinese MNC client.

We are looking for an experienced Social Campaign Manager to join our team . We provide Social Media Marketing services to our international clients, help client gains success in the US and Europe market. Candidate must have Excellent English skills, Good communication, team working spirit.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing and lead management programs for various digital channels including email, paid social/search.

- Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies.

- Drive the preparation and delivery and social business reporting to internal and external stakeholders.


- Analyze and track key KPIs within the digital and social domains including company websites, digital ads, search and social.


- Analyze and articulate the relationships between value (revenue, cost), digital engagement (web metrics, mobile, app engagement), customer/consumer segments, offline and online engagement.

- Design digital and lead management tests, define success metrics and objectives, and report on results to determine ways to improve digital marketing strategies and achieve larger business objectives.

- Create monthly social media plans to support the product launches, tradeshows and events for the market segment. 


- Coordinate the posting of news on a timely basis in order to maximize efficiency and consistency across channels and platforms.


- Monitor trends in social media applications, channels, digital tools and strategy and integrate with company initiatives.

Requirements :

Education :

1. Bachelor/Master in English, Mass Communication, Online Marketing;

2. Excellent English skills, Strong in writing;

Ability & Skills :

1. Strong understand of social media networks and various digital marketing tools;

2. Must have excellent conceptualization and editorial skills for social media content, ability to working with Visual Designers to deliver creative content;

3. With a proficiency in MS Office programs;

Experiences :

1. With 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, or Campaign Management;
