We are hiring for a VP / CEO role in a renowned tyre and rubber manufacturing company. This is a high-impact leadership position that requires P&L ownership, strategic growth planning, and operational excellence.

Business & Sales Growth

- Develop and implement sales strategies for domestic and international markets.

- Manage key customer accounts, B2B relationships, distributors, and OEM partners.

- Identify new market opportunities for expansion and product diversification.

P&L & Financial Management

- Full ownership of profitability, revenue growth, and cost optimization.

- Oversee budgeting, pricing strategy, and cost control for manufacturing and sales.

- Align financial goals with overall company objectives.

Operations & Supply Chain

- Ensure the smooth functioning of manufacturing plants in India and abroad.

- Optimize procurement and supply chain for raw materials.

- Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with domestic and international standards.

Who We're Looking For:

- Proven leadership experience at VP / CEO level in the tyre or rubber manufacturing industry

- Strong expertise in P&L Sales business strategy, manufacturing excellence, and revenue growth

- Experience in managing large-scale operations, sales, and supply chain functions

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive profitability, and expand market share
