Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the development of the business plan for designated geography/ category of partnerships ensuring alignment with the wider market plan
- Personally, lead a number of significant partner relationships, ensuring these are appropriately developed and managed to deliver and exceed agreed KPIs and targets
- Ensures that multi-level relationship plans are in place for employers within designated geography/ category
- Concludes agreements with education partners for commercial relationships that deliver against KPIs and targets
- Collaborates with colleagues locally and regionally to leverage and to consistently apply global solutions and approaches to meet the needs of our key partners
- Responsible for independently developing and implementing relationship plans for key partners managed.
