Role Title : Sr Business Partner - Human Capital

- We are looking for a resourceful Senior Business Partner (BP) to join our Human Capital team based out of Hyderabad. Business partners provide a unified HR front and create a strategic talent management program to improve workforce performance.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Developing and providing strategic HR support to business groups and implement HR solutions.
- Strategic interfacing with assigned business groups for the purpose of Human Capital strategy development.
- Providing business groups with strategic guidance, consulting and implementation through key initiatives, reviewing and analyzing business specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Proactively serving as a trusted advisor and being the primary point of contact to business line executives and managers.
- Providing ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures
- Assessing training needs and conducting 1 on 1 and/or group training sessions as required
- Partnering with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
- Planning and conducting business group specific engagement initiatives.
- The ideal candidate should have a Masters degree in Human Resources from a premium business school with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- He/She should be proficient with most Human Capital functional areas, proactive, driven, independent, flexible, discreet and comfortable with ambiguity. The candidate should be able to work within constraints as well as be able to challenge status quo, while building relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change
- Excellent multitasking and anticipatory thinking abilities along with a positive work attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are requisites. Additionally, skill sets in data analysis, understanding trends, developing recommendations for action based on the analysis and strong problem solving are important.
