The key job purpose is to provide leadership to AP & Telangana from 3 or 4 dimensions - Sales strategy, people, process adherence and execution. The person will lead a team of KAMS, Area Sales Executives and FSAs (3rd Party) into planning and executing business plan. This will be effectively done using various RTM levers such as quality distribution, expansion, opening new accounts, powerful in store execution, creating relationship with Key retail chains and ecommerce accounts
Lead the team of KAMs and ASEs onwards in creating the business growth map for the AP & Telangana for critical levers such as Distribution, Markets, Visibility, Quality and finally Top-lines
Deploy necessary Infrastructure by way of frontline sellers, Sales Officers, Distributors, Units etc to ensure maximize quality distribution at optimal cost to serve
Effectively manage and deploy sales budgets within approved levels to maximize efficiency
Ensure early and efficient adoption of cutting edge sales processes including aspects such as Information technology, Capability building etc
Formulate strategies with support from Country Director (short and long term) for AP & Telangana sates and city wise to facilitate in delivering the business plans with inputs from cross functions. Cascade the plans to team down the line and get the alignment of all the business partners like Marketing, Customer Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain etc in the plans for ensuring uniform understanding and buy in of all the key process partners
Support and facilitate development and implementation of unit business and monitor on a regular basis performance against the deployed business plans and provide direction & corrective measures to facilitate achievement of the plan by various functions
Manage team motivation, morale and development. Collaborate with P&O to deploy objectives, ensure periodic reviews/feedback and ensure effective people practices and processes.
Responsible for channel growth in both the channels
Responsible for distribution & effective coverage plans.
Executes Picture of Success by Channel type and ensure excellence in visibility
Implement sales operating procedures
Ensure customer engagement and development at all levels in both Online and Offline channels
Develop & Coach field sales associates
Provide timely and accurate required MIS and set up sales automation.
Provide input and effectively manage utilization of trade spends and manpower budget.
MBA with 6-8 years- Experience. Min 4years of LM exposure and should have experience in sales for one or two geographies, preferably in the south of India.
Should have handled business for either ecommerce or MT in previous assignments.
