Vertex Executive Search is a boutique executive search firm with registered office in India and specializes in high-level executive search for Technology, ITES/KPO, eCommerce, Retail, Oil & Gas and BFSI. We execute assignments in India, North America, UK & Pan-European region, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Australia and New Zealand.

Our client is an established leader in Logistics.

Responsibilities :

- This role would be responsible for annual budgeting and financial planning activities, driving financial planning and viability analysis for each initiative/product idea and tracking overall financial impact of the initiatives.

- We would prefer experience and appreciation of Logistics, especially Last Mile Delivery.

- 6-8 yrs of total experience with good academic qualifications (MBA - Fin or CA)

- Knowledge of financial assessments and analysis for new product viability testing,

- Prior experience of having worked in a similar role preferably with Logistics or Last Mile Delivery organization,

- Would prefer experience in Financial Analytics, MIS management etc.; capable of handling large amount of data,

- Strong excel/statistical tools capability,

- Ability to work in ambiguous and highly dynamic situations; adapt to the change and develop scenarios and possibilities for financial predictions,

- Bring in financial feasibility and viability concerns with respect to new products/initiatives,

- Manage team budget and annual planning,

- Provide strategic advice and analysis to the business,

- Lead financial business case planning, feasibility analysis, ROI impact etc. for each initiative and track financial progress of the business,

- Manage costing and revenue impact records of pilots and executed initiatives.
