Consulting background in Real Estate advisory would be added advantage
Analytics capability for Market & Industry research

Relationship with key influencers
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify & acquire potential customers for MWCJ business from north.
Identify & build relationship with market influencers (Trade Body/Embassy/ Govt. Bodies etc.)
Establish & Maintain a client & peer professional network.
Participate in trade fairs, conferences, road shows etc. representing MWCJ.
Develop & Implement a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy.
Regular reporting to management on key issues, progress & status on action plans
Participation in sales & Marketing planning process
Coordination with internal & external stakeholders for commercial transaction closures.
Will have direct revenue targets
Supporting Marketing function in identifying & organizing events for showcasing MWCJ.
