Senior Business Development Role - Programmatic Digital Marketing/Integrated Marketing/Inside Sales Services

We are looking for a relevant experience self-starter individual who is comfortable working independently, used to work with remote teams - across multi-cultural environment in Integrated Marketing Services / Inside Sales / Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities -

- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals

- Develop a target pipeline with a focus on signature accounts

- Play a key role in forecasting revenue, independently creating own forecasts committing to monthly and quarterly targets

- Drive rapid increase in revenue growth from the target account list

- Maintain consistent activity (meetings, presentations etc) month over month

- Build and manage new relationships

- Achievement of company goals including sales, profit, and strategic objectives

- End-to-end ownership of the customer acquisition process from identification to ongoing account management.

About you

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, an MBA would be an advantage

- You have more than 8 years of successful sales experience in Programmatic Digital Marketing Services / Integrated Marketing Services / Inside Sales Services with an emphasis on acquiring new customers & business

- You have more than 5 years' experience in managing managing Enterprise level client accounts in ASEAN Region.

- You are a hands-on person

- You are relentless about winning, are passionate about sales and have the drive to exceed revenue targets

- You can analyze, project and maintain an accuracy of pipeline (averaged at 80% reliability of probability); updated for weekly sales meeting

- You possess proven track record of exceeding team-based sales targets and revenue goals

- You can work within a large and complex company structure with multiple stakeholders

- You have excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills

- You have exceptional project and time management skills - highly organized, detail focused, results-driven, accountable

- A good understanding of the trends driving innovation in Marketing Services / Inside Sales / Digital Marketing Services.
