Senior Business Development Manager - Key Accounts
We are one of the world's largest Independent Software Assurance Providers. the company's 1000+ quality assurance experts are spread across 16 countries in APAC, Middle-East, and Far-East Regions.
Job Performance Measurement :
- Growth in overall business from existing customers
- Customer Satisfaction across customers as measured by independent assessment
- Company's brand and positioning in the customer's mind, across customers.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 10+ years experience as account manager with a high quality IT services company, is a must
- Experience in handling overseas clients.
- Overall experience in Client Relationship Management / Account Management / Inside Sales
- Individual Contributor role
- Deep understanding of account management processes and practices
- High order of communications skills, networking skills, and high ability to take ownership, is required
- Ability to understand technology and deliveries, to the level of being able to drive proposals and corrective actions, is required.
- Will directly report to CEO
- Ability to intervene at a CxO level with the customer organization in support of an AM will be necessary.
- Assertiveness and leadership required to intervene as required, anywhere in the company, at all levels from CEO down, on behalf of accounts, is expected.
