Senior Business Development Manager - Fire Protection System

Location: Delhi / Mumbai /Bangalore

Experience: 12-15 years

Industry: Fire Protection/MEP Systems

Reports to: Business Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive specification development and modifications for water mist systems with authorities/ consultants

- Develop and convert project opportunities through solution selling approach

- Create and execute pilot/reference projects in assigned territory

- Handle tender participation, negotiations, and order finalization

- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, authorities, and key decision makers

- Achieve revenue targets through new market/application development

- Provide technical presentations and customer support

- Monitor competition activities and market intelligence

- Coordinate with technical team for system design and proposals

- Ensure timely collection and documentation

Required Experience & Skills:

Technical Background:

- B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical/Fire/Chemical Engineering)

- Strong understanding of fire protection systems and standards

- Experience in Oil & Gas/Infrastructure/Industrial sectors

- Knowledge of relevant codes and approval processes

Essential Skills:

- Solution selling capability with technical depth
