Overview:
We are looking for 5 to 10 years of experience with Client Servicing, Consulting, Recruitment, New Client acquisition & Key Account Management across verticals experience who are interested working in Recruitment field.
Must have:
- Worked extensively of Social Networking Sites and generate leads of potential accounts.
- Exposure to Executive Search and Senior Level mandates.
- Expertise in managing the recruitment of Professionals at Senior Levels for New & established organizations.
- Responsible for managing the Branch Profitability, ensuring high quality service and Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure achievement of overall Business Targets.
- Maintaining weekly monthly reports
- Competition Analysis.
- Handling IT as well as Non IT clients
