Function: Digital process excellence

Education: Degree/MBA

Candidate will be part of a team of business consultants, product/program managers and technology architects.

Besides that candidate will be interacting with HR Leaders & Stakeholders from various BU's within the organization across India and overseas locations. Also, externally with Vendors, implementation partners, knowledge networks etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Work with the business/functional users to understand HRIT process challenges and recommend data-led solutions

- Accountable for the overall effectiveness of HR technology solution and architecture management, implementation, integration, data administration and systems strategy in their region.

- Having Prior experience in Implementation or maintenance of HCM for global scale organization.

- Deep understand on the HIRE to RETIRE (Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Induction, Orientation, On-boarding and Exit, Skills Management, Training & Development, payroll)process and worked towards providing digital solutions that are aligned to business needs in these areas.

- Manage HRIT/IT projects through the application of generally accepted project management principles and methodologies

- Complete HR projects by facilitating resources and timetables across IT and Human Resources and other functional departments

- Driver of technology Adoption for strategic planning and management of HR Functions eg: Digital Onboarding, Performance, Learning, R&R, People Analytics etc.,

- Insight into the end to end process flows related to HRIT

- Leverage advanced data analytics to address the business needs and create business impact

- Design business intelligence/data science solutions in collaboration with technology architects to address this need

- Develop in-house analytics knowledgebase for faster, better problem solving and horizontal scale out in to other markets/functions of need

- Role requires the individual to understand the data landscape in HRIT (work force planning, Recruitment, Induction, Orientation, On boarding and Exit, Skills Management, Training & Development, Payroll) to convert this data to insights that business can consume

- The success in the role is to effectively convert data into insights in a business-consumable insight to drive change in process or help influence a business design decision.

Technical:

- Experience requires the individual to understand the data landscape in HRIT (Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Induction, Orientation & On-boarding, Skills Management, Training & Development) to convert this data to insights that business can consume

- Strong affiliation to quantitative methods and data analysis to deliver business insights

- Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems

- Knowledge in Project management background and familiar with PMI project methodologies and SDLC

Preferable:

- Exposure to visual analytics (Tableau, Micro Strategy, Spotfire etc.), advanced analytics application (R, SAS, Python etc.) and data mining/ML analytics techniques
