Senior Business Analyst - Workforce Transformation Management Team - Bank

BA (Business Analyst for RPA projects in the Trade domain)

Description:

As a senior Business Analyst, the candidate will be required to support Workforce Transformation Management Team in the delivery of Robotic Process Automation programs within Citi's Trade Services group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for supporting Ops and Tech PMs in developing project plans & timelines, establishing project deliverables and keeping track of project progress/status

- Work with TTS Trade Operations SMEs to document operational process and procedures required to support each implementation and affected TTS applications

- Explain the business requirements related to global and regional systems to the respective development teams and participate in the formulation of the potential approaches for fulfilling the gaps

- With the knowledge of Citi's various systems interface, architecture and related infrastructure in use globally, assist Citi SME teams in responding to any queries coming out of each implementation from requirements phase to final integration / testing

- Suggest process improvement opportunities for best utilization of systems being implemented

- Providing operations level support to Operations before, during and post cutover phases of the project

- Coordinate with stakeholder teams to perform SME, UAT and other implementation activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Fluency in English

- Financial knowledge and knowledge of banking products in Citi domain

- Operations and Project background a must

- Experience : 5+ years

- Substantial experience in corporate and investment banking operations, experience of working with diverse teams across disperse geographies, with a strong awareness of the importance to delivery against customer/market commitments.
