Senior Business Analyst -Treasury

The Position:
The main objective of the individual is to work closely with the senior management team & stakeholders across different departments and help gather the requirements to build an Ideal office model & support in delivering the same. The role requires strong analytical ability, observations, business requirement gathering, Excel, communication, BA skills, design thinking skills & agile certification. The successful candidate will be expected to work towards converting identified offices into role model offices across various jurisdictions of the Group and collaborate with our internal stakeholders across the businesses & technology teams.
Your Responsibilities:
- Exceptional stakeholder management
- Understanding Middle Office reports and Treasury modules of commonly used business applications
- Understand user requirements and articulate the same to the technology team
- Bring out best cases in solutions in situations with data challenges and application limitations
- Working with technology team and business users for successful rollout of products and processes
- Handling various implementations/transitions of application and systems into business processes.
- Managing end to end project implementations
- Meeting internal client expectations and completion of projects under strict timeframe
- Strong ability to own and drive the agenda end to end.
Your Profile:
- Must have knowledge of ETL, OMS (Order Management System), Accounting systems (like Geneva)
- Any graduate/postgraduate with 5+ years relevant work experience in BA profile, Minimum of 2+ Years in Operation
- Very good excel skills with demonstrated efficiency in large voluminous processes.
- Experience in working on Middle office / Treasury Projects for Investment Banks or Hedge Funds
- Prime Broker Domain understanding
- Agile would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to decipher and understand the Prime Brokerage functions and agreements.
