Job Description - Business Analyst / Manager - Strategy & Finance

Ideal Candidate Profile: MBA / Undergraduate from a reputed institute with 1 to 4 years of experience in an Investment Bank or a Corporate Planning / Strategy role with any company preferably in the financial services (retail) space

Indicative Job Responsibilities include:

- Prepare monthly management and investor reports / MIS

- Perform competitive benchmarking on operational and financial metrics at periodic intervals

- Handle special projects for the top management

- Help with existing investor requests

- Prepare Board Meeting packets and other company / industry presentation

- Required to be involved in presenting / sharing ideas via power point presentations to Sr. Management

Skill set:

- Financial modelling skills and proficient in MS Office.

- Well-versed with the financial statements and basic knowledge of accounting principles

- Ability to interpret and derive meaningful results from large data sets

- Self-starter and strong eye for detail

- Effective business writing skills
