- Investment Banking

Functional expertise or capabilities in the following areas:

- Mergers

- Acquisitions

- Divestitures

- Be located near or willing to relocate to Gurgaon, India

- Fluent in English

Role-specific requirements:

M&A Solutions Specialist (SBA):

- MBA advanced degree preferred with 0-3 years of professional experience

- Experienced working as a Management Consultant preferred, but not required

M&A Solutions Senior Specialist (Associate):

- MBA degree preferred with 2-5 years of professional experience

- Experienced working in Mergers & Acquisitions / Divestitures and/or as a Management Consultant strongly preferred
