Senior Business Analyst - IT

Required Technical Skills:

- A deep understanding of various CMS platforms (e. , WordPress, Drupal, Joomla) and their capabilities for content creation, management, and distribution.

- Proficiency in using Figma, a popular design tool, for creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

- Experience working with SAP systems (e. , ERP, CRM) is considered a plus, as it demonstrates a blend of technical and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.

- Elicit, analyze, and document requirements for content management solutions.

- Develop process flows, use cases, and other documentation to clearly articulate requirements.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and refine requirements.

- Work with technical teams to design and implement content management solutions that align with business requirements.

- Create functional specifications and technical design documents.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical implementation meets business needs.

- Assist in project planning and execution, including task estimation, resource allocation, and timeline management.

- Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.

- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

- Develop test cases and scenarios to validate the functionality of content management solutions.

- Participate in testing activities and ensure that solutions meet quality standards.

- Identify and track defects, working with developers to resolve them.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for content management solutions.

- Assist with user training and knowledge transfer.

- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
