Sr. Business Analyst

Key Responsibility :

- Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, analyze and document functional requirements to the assigned projects and products as per defined business requirements.

- Prepare SRS, Flow diagram, Functional Diagram, Mock-ups, Wireframes etc for assigned products and projects.

- Be the single point of contact on requirements with customers, Manage customer expectations on product and get the user acceptance on the delivered product

- Preparing Product collaterals such as User Guides, Video Tutorials, Reference manuals, Brochures, Help, Presentations, White Papers, blogs etc. Participate in technical design sessions, working with technical resources, to provide insight during solution development

- Do competitor analysis and present report to concern stakeholders.

- Establish credibility at all levels with stakeholders

- Participate in technical design sessions, working with technical resources, to provide insight during solution development

- Determine alternate solutions with risk analysis and identify opportunities to use technology to improve availability, and advance business initiatives.

- Perform gap analysis - Facilitate and Mediate analysis sessions with user community to map current business processes along with training business.

Skill Set :

- Good understanding on basic programming concepts like OOPS and DBMS

- Good understanding on SDLC & Agile Development Model

- Very good English language communication skills (oral and written)

- Good organizational and analytical skills

- Possess basic & discrete knowledge and perform basic requirement gathering/management work mostly independently and require supervision for more complex work

- Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis

- Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer's business environment and processes

- Good presentation and client relation skills;

- Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies

Eligibility Criteria : BE/BTech / MCA/MS - (CSE/IT/E&C)
