1. Contributes to the identification of projects or improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
2. Developing business cases, analyzing business processes, and understanding why change is required in the business.
3. Investigating business problems and opportunities using root cause analysis
4. Building relationships with all key stakeholders. Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
5. Stay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example, emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, updates) to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences (for example, senior management, Customers, technical staff)
6. Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementations
7. Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
8. Provide project level analysis - producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
9. Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
10. Support system conversions, upgrades, enhancements
11. Provides guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members
12. Reviewing work done by Junior BAs
13. Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements - verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood
14. Develops and conduct peer reviews (user stories- grooming sessions) of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted
15. Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team in the form of User stories
16. Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements
17. Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
18. Lead and assist in the planning and implementation of the projects on Web and Mobile Platform
