Key Performance Indicators
Providing actionable insights that help improve company revenue as well as profitability, alongside other business objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding key areas of the business and identifying problems, opportunities and areas of improvements
- Exploring data to find actionable insights - this will involve but not be limited to marketing funnels, cohorts, user segmentation etc.
- Owning multiple projects - right from problem definition to the solution, as well as operationalizing the solution for usage across the organization
Experience & Qualification
- Mandatory: 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst (or in similar roles) with strong SQL knowledge
- Preferred: Experience working with D2C/e-commerce brands, working knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI or similar) and data manipulation know-how (using R, Python or similar)
