Senior Business Analyst - Finance System/Change & Transformation

Our client is a leading Global Financial Institution, actively seeking experienced Business Analysts to oversee several finance systems change and implementations and projects.

This role involves specifying new requirements, validating them during testing, and interacting continuously with the global user community for alignment, education, and support.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements, translating them into effective IT solutions.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on systems and processes, providing guidance and support.

- Analyze current implementations and workflows to identify and document areas for improvement and optimization.

- Oversee the development of large-scale Project plans covering multiple elements such as costing, quality control, resource management and risk.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- A proven track record with 8+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar environment.

- Work experience on Financial Software Platforms e.g. SAP, S4 HANA etc.

- Strong communication and influencing skills required to be successful in this role.

- Strong inter-personal skills and evidence of working across teams and geographies to produce timely and accurate output.

- PMP, LEAN & Six Sigma can be an added advantage.
