Senior Business Analyst - Data Analytics

Designation : Senior Business Analyst 

- Responsible to convert information to insight across the customer journey 

- Own end-end delivery on data analytics requirements right from data capture to building dashboards & reports 

- Answer business critical questions using data and enable data driven decision making 

- Set up regular reports for various stakeholders to aid daily business delivery 

- Liaise with the engineering team to drive improvements in the way data is captured and stored, so as to drive improvements in analytics 

- Ensure maintenance of data at various stages of customer funnel to enable smooth functioning of all business critical dashboards & reports
