- 8+ years overall experience in finance and business data analysis & modelling.
- Good understanding of Robotic Automation focus on the analyzing of the Business processes, identify automation opportunities, define the RPA Value proposition, suggest any reengineering needed in the process.
- Experience in analysing business challenges & identifying relevant business requirement for digitization as per overall programme objectives
- Experience in providing technology solution to the stakeholders that meet the specific business need.
- Experience in preparation of Business requirements definition and prioritization, data gathering & analysis in Banking domain - Retail, Private banking, Corporate banking.
- Candidate should take care of actual solution validation & provide support during execution and rollout stages.
- Draft the Business requirements, Process design, Testing and C&I approach for the implementation
- Strong knowledge in Traceability of business requirements into solution design to confirm linkage of business functionality/expectations in any new proposed solution.
- Experience being part of Digital Transformation projects with Banks
- Business requirements gathering from stakeholders - including current state, to be state, Traceability, High level business solution
- Analysis to support key decisions made by the Project sponsor or steering committee
- Digital project management experience in agile fashion (SAFe methodology).
- Evaluation of relative costs, benefits and obstacles of potential solutions
- Should be able to drive customer journeys independently
- Excellent communication skill
- Transformation Experience of preferably working with large banks
- Experience of working with people from different geographies (actual international experience is not mandatory but working/ interacting with people from different geographies is needed)
- Should have experience of working on a complex transformation and be able to lead engagements
