Essential:
- Minimum technical experience of 4 to 6 years, preferably in an business analyst role with some prior or current programming / development experience
- Prior or current experience in developing business and analytical models
- Strong Knowledge / experience of SDLC process and familiarity with Agile development
- Capable of working on multiple projects, assignments and tasks at once
- Strong leadership skills to foster, guide and drive project teams and development resources
- Excellent relationship management skills to forge relationships with business users, stakeholders, other employees and supplier partners
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio and/or Google Suite products including Slides, Sheets and Docs
- Experience with Java, Qlik Sense, QlikView, PostgreSQL, SQL DB
- Experience with IBM mainframe DB2, COBOL,JCL and Procs
- Experience in web technologies like HTML, JavaScript
Desirable:
- Knowledge of APIs, Cloud IaaS, PaaS, SaaS platforms
- Experience working in UNIX environment
- Experience with Automated Testing
- Data analytics and knowledge of R, Python
- Familiar with the automotive part aftermarket supply chain process
