About Team:
The Brand marketing team works in tandem with the Growth and Performance teams and is responsible for all Brand led research, ideation and execution of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the brand marketing team and overseeing implementation of brand marketing strategy to achieve the desired brand positioning and leadership status.
- Ideation & Execution of ATL & digital promotions and exploring BTL possibilities for campaign promotions.
- Driving brand marketing efforts on social media and digital platforms, possessing and mastering the art of storytelling in short-form content platforms
- Overseeing implementation of the media plan while ensuring cost and exposure alignment.
- Assisting in managing the agency/partners relations, streamlining communication between the brand marketing team and agency/partners.
- Understanding evaluation of agencies and working closely with the agency in deliverables as per the brand marketing briefs.
- Working cross-functionally with digital platforms, short-form content platforms, social media partners and digital and creative agencies to develop social and digital marketing creatives and ideas
Required Skills:
- 5+ of experience in Marketing (ATL & digital) as well as experience of overseeing the launch and sustenance efforts on marketing campaigns
- Understanding of consumer behaviour and the ability to immerse oneself in their social media life, converting their insights into the business plan/actionable on digital platforms
- Robust understanding of the digital platforms and understanding of new-age trends on social media and short-form content platforms
- Exposure to 360 degree marketing
