Role- Senior Brand Manager
Location - Gurgaon
Years of Experience Required- 9-12 years (Post full-time MBA)
Qualification - BE/B.Tech AND/OR MBA (Full Time)
CTC offered upto 35 LPA (Including variable)
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Go to Market for respective brands' new launches; 4Ps (Lead: Promotion, Monitor / oversee / influence; Pricing, Place and Product
- Lead formulation and execution of brand strategy at India, Zonal and state levels in collaboration with Field teams based on brand's sales performance and KPIs
- Support Micro-Marketing and experiential marketing to enhance brand engagement / imagery
- Track and deliver Digital KPIs targets for the respective brands
- Ensure media plans to deliver maximum ROI within allocated budget for the Quarter and the Year
Skills:
- Understanding and working knowledge of Qualitative Market Research techniques
- Understanding of customer behaviour in different parts of country
- Research oriented, with an ability to sense consumer behaviour and driven by "consumer first" approach
