We are bringing our version of ChatApp to addressing customer grievances -- allowing real-time interaction between an aggrieved customer and customer care agents. We are based out of Bangalore, Delhi & Mumbai.

Role Description :
- As Sr.Brand Manager, you will develop and execute multi-channel brand marketing and promotional programs that support brand growth.
- You will be responsible for increasing target consumer awareness of the Brand, as well as increasing market share through customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
- You will do all that you can to make Akosha a household name just like Flipkart these days.
This is what you will do at Akosha :
- Conceive optimal methods to communicate to the TG based on the emotional & functional benefits of the brand
- Marketing Campaign Development & Campaign analysis, specific to initiatives
- Driving the brand tone & promise in all aspects of the brands representation.
- Identify/ manage innovative marketing solutions across focus markets, Identify marketing opportunities/create pilots
- Planning & buying national/regional media
- Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies
- Plan and oversee the delivery of all marketing and brand activities across all channels including above the line, direct and digital marketing.
- Commission market research and intelligence to support the strategic direction of the proposition development and the marketing activity.
- Write reports, specifications and creative briefs
- Manage in house social media team, design studio and various other internal stakeholders
These are your strong suits :
- You have a high degree of articulation
- You are verbally articulate and skilled at telling a visual story
- You can quickly synthesize disparate data into a 'position' and craft messaging that connects with both internal stakeholders and customers
- You have advance level knowledge of social media channels and able to write short & catchy content
- You can effectively balance quantitative evidence and qualitative factors to quickly test and learn (avoiding analysis paralysis)
- You can manage a team
- You have good organizational skills and great eye for detail
You must have :
- Post Graduate in Sales / Marketing with a work experience of 5- 7 years experience in a Brand Management / Marketing role
- Prior experience in internet companies will be given preference.
