Job Responsibilities:
Leverage knowledge of business, category and brand marketing strategy into actionable marketing strategies and plans to deliver against the company's business objectives
Create brand pull and loyalty and achievement of brand targets through identification of relevant properties, initiatives, advertisement and effective utilization of ATL and BTL activities
Drive growth for the organization by developing and executing brand campaigns that communicate the brand message and build salience
Drive innovative marketing campaigns through one or many different touchpoints - offline and digital branding properties to drive awareness and new customers across cities
Work with the creative and media buying agencies to conceptualize innovative and memorable creatives keeping in mind the communication objectives of the campaign
Drive market research activities to uncover consumer insights, analyze internal data to segment customers and draw out actionable insights to feed into the communication strategy
Develop and manage a consumer usage panel for the brand test concepts and mine insights to aid business and brand decisions
Analyze campaigns across cities across different parameters to track ROI and publish the same to all stakeholders
Person should have:
- Previous brand management experience is a must
- Good analytical capabilities
- Keen eye for creatives with a strong opinion on creative strategy
. Agency management experience handling both creative and media agencies
- Budget-management skills & proficiency
Candidate Profile:
Qualification - MBA is a must ( Tier 1 preferred)
Industry / Sector - Ecommerce/FMCG experience
