Experience: 9-10 years in a brand management function

I. Purpose of the role:
Lead the thinking on overall strategy, go to market approach, consumer initiatives, and brand planning and budget management. Lead the brand building initiative by understanding the consumer needs and category at all communication channels and deliver communication excellence for the brand along with agency partners. Impact business metric like Traffic, a Brand metric like TOMA, Preference etc. and deliver ROI on marketing investment
II. Key Responsibilities

1. Ideate and execute the complete annual brand plan & communication strategy with supporting budgets, innovative ideas, brand messaging for multiple media.
2. Hands-on experience in media buying in TV, OOH, Radio and understanding of the media tools.
3. Undertake key consumer research with agencies
4. Providing integrated marketing ideas and campaign that maximizes brand awareness and engagement
5. Responsible for creating marketing campaigns in line with the overall Brand vision
6. Plan & execute the annual and quarterly marketing calendar
7. Budget management - Own & monitor closely all marketing expenses
8. Develop marketing plans for new product launches. Be the SPOC for all marketing collaterals across all touch points (own, earned & paid)
9. Plan & execute a few big Brand level campaigns to create brand preference for the consumer
10. Partner with agencies to deliver on time & in full all marketing communication
11. Campaign Monitoring & Review - Analyze, review & report on campaign effectiveness
