Role Title Senior Brand Manager
Reports To: Category Head
Location Mumbai
Budget: 40 LPA
This is a high impact role where you will lead various cross functional teams towards executing your brand objectives. It involves working with our external agencies (creative & media) and working closely with our regional teams based out of Singapore. The role also gives you an exposure to fundamental brand building & sales principles which are used globally across all our categories.
You will step into a diverse 360 role owning brand strategy and planning, marketing mix development and communications management. With a strong passion for brands, customer, people, and drive for results, this role will work collaboratively with members of the marketing team and wider business on key strategic areas
1. Leading the brand strategy
2. Develop the 3-year strategic brand plans & create a roadmap in terms of 6Ps
3. Execute the brand strategy through the year to deliver the targeted topline and bottom line
4. Develop the annual brand activity calendar basis the strategic brand plan
5. Lead the proposition development work on the brand
6. Brand budget tracking & management
7. Maintain the digital presence of the brand along with the digital media team
Your success will be driven by your demonstration of the values & competencies. More specifically related to this position, you would be expected to exhibit/display the following:
- MBA/ PGDM in Sales/Marketing
- 6-7 years of experience with at least 3-4 year of brand management/ marketing experience in FMCG domain. Demonstrated experience across the entire marketing mix including NPD, launches, consumer brand communication, digital, packaging, point of sale and leveraging category and consumer insights.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and engage key stakeholders through integrity and trust.
- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
- It is pivotal you are a strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills and can build relationships cross functionally, building engagement and influencing across the business.
This coupled with well-developed project management and problem-solving skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, a resilient nature and the ability to think quickly and on your feet and adapt well to change, will set you up for success in this role.
