Job Description - Senior Brand Manager Personal Care
- The role will encompass taking a concept from ideation stage to strategically designing the products and brand positioning for a new category
- Analyse category performance, consumer trends, and competitive product offerings in terms of packaging features, benefits, and price points to define innovation possibilities.
- Responsible for complete ownership of product category from concept to go to market strategy, owning the P&L for the brand
- Own the brand growth strategy - create short, medium- and long-term roadmap for the brand, including new products/category's introduction and channel expansion
- Build, scale and optimize digital marketing programs against growth targets & ROI goals
- Test and scale multiple digital media vehicles for impact & relevance
- Define the brand value proposition and be responsible for end-to-end marketing communication
- Liaison with sales teams to drive and deliver the annual business plan
- Ideation & development of new products based on consumer/ competitive/ international market understanding

- MBA from Tier 1 B-school with 5-8 years of experience
- Prior experience in launching & scaling D2C brands is a plus
