- The Position encompasses a wide range of Brand Management & Marketing responsibilities to ensure that the Personal Care category receives a visible placement with Consumers and thus bring in qualitative sales among the competition in the category and stand out.
- The incumbent should highly analytical and have a grip on the latest marketing / brand techniques focusing Direct to consumer business ( E Commerce / Digital marketing ) to bring in high traffic to translated into viable sales.
The person should be innovative in thinking new avenues of Brand Management to avoid duplication of ideas and aggressive in creating a niche to the company range which is not a me to products. The category should be positioned in a premium segment and the brand strategy should kindle enthusiasm among the consumer for a fair trials.
- Should have thorough consumer insights, needs of consumer, analysis of pricing and positioning of category, good inter personal skills and great motivator.
- Overall a Custodian of the Brand and Achiever to excel the brand / products a good recall to generate continuous business.
- Since the organization is promoted by first generation entrepreneurs from pedigree institutions raring to grow multifold, the dynamic results are a key role for this opening.
Those having worked with good FMCG / Personal Care organizations having proven excellence in creating and sustaining brands would be desired. ONLY MBA's from TOP B Schools like IIM, MDI, IMT would be considered.
