We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Brand Manager to join our team. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fashion industry, a passion for sustainability, social media, and a proven track record of developing successful brand strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Work with HOD to define macro-level brand strategy and develop brand campaigns.
- Support digital marketing initiatives such as digital campaigns based on go-to-market objectives.
- Staying on top of digital trends and bring relevant articles, news, etc. to key clients on a regular basis with accompanying insights for their business.
- Execute campaigns on social media and work closely with the performance marketing team to evaluate efficacy of ad campaigns on brand building
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Develop and manage relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and media outlets
- Manage the development of all marketing materials, including product packaging, website content, and social media content
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the brand's messaging and value
- Develop a brand book over a period of time (evolving process)
Requirements:
- Knowledge of marketing agency and exposure with agency background desirable
- Digital initiative management and understanding
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
