Senior Brand Manager - Healthcare

1. Create brand and portfolio strategy along with Marketing Manager (Marketing Head)

2. Segment, Target and Position the brand and portfolio to drive market share and competition

3. Maximize sales force efficiencies and work with field teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategy on ground

4. Identify, build, develop and grow KoLs and FoLs

5. Design and develop prudent and relevant Prof-Ed activities and drive SoV

6. Build customer insights about product market and competitive activities through field visits, customer meetings and close coordination with sales force.

7. Work with Marketing Manager on yearly budgeting and with other stakeholders on sales forecasts.

8. Support in getting the relevant product mix that results in higher margins

9. Responsible for successful launch of new products & all future upgrades/improvements within the existing product portfolio.

10. Responsible for tracking compliance and usage of Sampling, Demos, Materials etc

11. Work within the framework of all compliance policies (AP3, FCPA, Anti bribery etc)

12. Involvement in market research for short & long term market analysis for finding out the opportunities & gaps of the Market and competitors.
