Position - Senior Brand Manager / Group Brand Manager

Portfolio - ( Few brands of OTC and NPDs)

Role - Individual Contributor

Experience - 6yrs to 8yrs in FMCG / OTC brand Management

Location - Kolkata / Mumbai or Delhi ( with travel to Kolkata)

Preference - Mail candidates

Job specification :

- Managing key OTX & OTC portfolio- Cheston, Rexcof, Cipcal & Easylax contributing ~Rs. 250 Crores to the overall Generics Business.

- Responsible for building brand strategy and extending media & channel marketing for the aforesaid portfolio.

- Responsible for setting up Retail Task Force, a new team aimed at promoting brands, driving visibility, and generating business of Cipla Generics

portfolio at pharmacy counter.

Project involves conceptualizing the team structure, structuring the KPIs & deliverables, developing communication content, deploying Sales Force Automation software & ensuring the IT back-end readiness.

- Leading the digital transformation at Cipla Generics business.

- Project involves developing functionality for pharmacists to be able to engage with Cipla Generics & buy products over digital platform
