Experience :
- 7-10 years of work experience in marketing/ brand management / creative agency
- Should have worked with FMCG, retail, F&B
- Experience with creation and execution of Regional marketing campaigns and activations
Responsibilities :
REGIONAL AGENDA : Execute the Regional calendar
- Unlock a culturally relevant insight and develop a 360 campaign for the brand for different regions - South, East and West
- Develop & execute the regional marketing strategy across different focus markets [one every quarter] Leverage Digital campaigns, proximity marketing [OOH, print], activation ideas, brand collaborations and sponsorships, tie ups with regional celebs & influencers to drive sales and deepen relevance
- Constant engagement with the creative agencies, franchise partners and on ground field teams
- Allocate and track marketing budget spend across regions and initiatives
NATIONAL AGENDA :
- Design & lead the execution of national calendar X proximity initiatives to drive restaurant sales & increase footfall PAN India
- Monitor and update initiatives evert quarter
- Develop marketing and activation ideas for new store launches in metro, tier 1/ 2 cities to drive brand buzz and sales
