Role : This role will be a Senior member of the India Marketing Team, supporting to Head of Marketing in Brand development & managing Brand building activities in enhancing healthy Business growth.
Scope of work :
- Support the Marketing head in development of the marketing strategy and planning
- Support in identifying the key brand and business KPIs and tracking them at agreed intervals
- Lead the execution of the BTL & digital activities as part of the consumer connections strategy
- Manage Advertisement & Promotion expenditure under the guidance of the MD
- Support business growth in creating the innovation pipeline, developing NPD projects & execution
- Lead CPI agenda for the brand - packaging design/ redesign/product improvement initiatives in line with global standards.
- Lead Market Research & Analyze initiatives to understand Consumer & shopper Insights.
- Close contact with internal (commercial team) & external (agencies/vendors) teams in order to deliver high quality execution in market.
Competencies :
- Clear understanding of market and brand context and identifying underlying causes and use business goals, marketing objectives and brand funnel to guide decisions and monitor brand KPIs
- Understand and support the process of creating brand positioning and activities that bring positioning to life. Understand brand equity and have the ability to monitor gaps and improvements
- Consumer research knowledge including brand tracking, product research, panel data, U&A & other adhoc research requirements
- Understands the significance of ROI measurement and is able to measure activity success
- Experience in developing shopper and customer strategies based on brand strategy and working closely with commercial team
Desirable : Experience in ATL - communication development, media planning and measurement
