Senior Brand Manager FMCG (7-10 yrs)
- You'll generate clear category objectives & drive all aspects of brand development. You will also be regarded as the product & brand champion in the development of the category brands, range, innovation & formats and will optimise the profitability of the category across all channels.
- Brand Equity owner. Ensure all initiatives across markets (including NPDs) are strictly in line with the defined brand equity pyramid.
- Media Strategy - Lead brief to annual strategy finalization process by collaborating with media COE and media agency teams
- Develop, implement and review brand 5 P initiatives through close collaboration with trade marketing team. Drive annual calendars on planogram, visibility, consumer offers, listing and activation.
- Lead business analysis including market share analysis, brand health analysis, competitor 5P analysis, media & communication analysis and In-store visits.
- MBA with relevant 5+ years experience
- Experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical industries preferred
- A commercially aware Marketer
- Demonstrated capability to build strong brand equities by leading key brand levers
