Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manages all brand functions including brand building.

- Handling the areas related to Product management, brand management, media and market research.

- To study the market trends in terms of retail audit and consumer tracker data to identify the brand need gap fit.

Responsibilities :

- Successfully handling existing product and launching new product.

- Device and implement marketing strategies / plans for the brand

- Identify research needs, provide necessary brief to MR and implement actions based on findings.

- Prepare briefs and coordinate / control/evaluate with ad agency for development of ad campaigns, packaging designs etc.

- Brief & evaluate with media buying agency for development of media campaigns.

- To identify and define the key branding elements and to ensure that they are delivered by either of the channels, such as, media, creative, packaging and other.

- Develop consumer promotions

- Monitor brand's performance on a regular basis and control different parameters to maintain / improve the profitability.

- Thorough review of all marketing activation's.

- All aspects of budgets for achieving top line and bottom line.
