Job responsibilities
- Lead multiple functions like Business Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Engagement, Content Development for the organization.
- Responsible for the creation and placement of advertising that is in support of the business s initiatives through media planning, creative development, metrics, market research, and vendor management.
- Execute aggressive multi-channel marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business teams to drive the marketing plans for the category.
- Building, developing & managing the brand through various ATL/BTL/Retail & Channel Initiatives for both.
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
- Responsible for maintaining PNL for the category.
Job Requirements
- B.Tech / BE from IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani/Good engineering college or MBA from Tier 1 college.
- 3 to 9 years of experience in either consumer goods retail and marketing and 2+ years in product/category management in e-commerce.
- Fast Learner and drive to consistently make things better
- Analytical and Business Skills
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial skills and must be self-driven.
