- Translate business goals into brand strategy and define the Go to market strategy Helping shape and communicate our vision and mission.
- Consumer Insights-Own customer and consumer understanding identify the barriers and triggers to purchase. Conceptualize brand led ideas that can elevate brand awareness, recall and positioning in our target segment.
- Brand Management -Responsible for increasing the brand share of voice, tracking, and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns. Strong attention to detail ensuring that all activities are in line with our brand identity and guidelines.
- Marketing Budget Planning & implementation -Plan the Annual marketing calendar, manage the marketing budget.
- Media Planning- Creative thinker with a passion for ideas and a deep understanding of using digital and traditional channels as a means for brand to communicate with online audiences.
- Establish metrics for the purpose of measuring campaign effectiveness against KPI's.
- Work with cross-functional teams including technology teams, to define, drive, and launch improvements to the consumer experience including purchase.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor's activities
