Job description:
- Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Lead AOP planning and execution to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that drive audience engagement and revenue growth.
- Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Develop and oversee digital marketing initiatives with a strong focus on social media marketing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand awareness, engagement, and community.
- Drive content creation efforts across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Stay updated on the latest digital products and solutions to leverage for brand growth
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, programming, solutions) to ensure brand consistency and achieve shared goals.
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to provide data-driven recommendations for brand positioning and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Programming, Sales, Digital, and Marketing to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment
- Oversee the creation and management of marketing collateral, social media content, and promotional materials while maintaining brand guidelines
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand building and digital marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Deep understanding of brand building, marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and the digital media landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in 1 marketing technology tools and social media platforms.
